Sleepover with Faith

Faith spent the night with me on Tuesday. She made a list of everything she wanted to do. Go for a walk, play hide and seek, read stories, go to the park, play Uno Attack, and the list goes on and on. We did everything on it, maybe even twice. I think she really enjoyed going to the park by us and the library. We spent over an hour and a half at the library looking at books and reading. Here's a few pictures to remember our night. Faith didn't go to sleep until midnight and then woke me up around five. She went back to sleep but did I? What do you think? Nope, but I still love having her over and spending time with her. She is so much fun and has so much life in her. I love you Faithie!!!!

Ron turned 58 on March 9th. We did his usual birthday party for him. Guess what that was? Matta's of course! His favorite place to eat. Afterwards we went home and had lemon cake and ice cream. The grandkids had a fun time with their Grandpa especially helping him blow out the candles. I just wish Heather's family lived close so they could have been there. We missed them!

Sophie turned six on March 17th. I can't believe it. We wish we could have been there for her birthday. I've never missed her birthday before because it has always been during my Spring Break. I didn't go this year since they are coming for Easter. It seems like Sophie just came into our family and now she is six. We are so happy that Sophie is our little grandaughter. I just wished she lived closer to us so we could be with her more. We love you Sophie and hope you had a wonderful birthday. You are such a beautiful little girl and we are so lucky to have you in our family. You are our "JOY" just like your name says! Faith Turns Six!

Faith turned six years old on Saturday, March 7th. Six years went by so fast. She was so excited to have her birthday party. We went over to her house where her mom and dad had rented a bounce castle for the kids to play in. Yes, she still loves Dora. She had a few friends over and cousins and they all had a fun time. After the cake and ice cream, and opening presents we ordered pizza. Her friends went home before dinner. Then the adults (mainly the guys) watched the cage fights. I enjoyed playing with my grandkids, visiting with Katie, and Aleia's family. I'm so thankful that we have had Faith in our life. She is so much fun and brings us so much joy!
