Another Beautiful DAY!

"Jesus Wants Me to Be A Sunbeam"...Jaylee is a Sunbeam !

Faith and Jaylee spent the night with us and then went to church with us this morning. They wanted to play church when we got home. So we did! After lunch we went for a walk around the block. It was pretty outside and the girls enjoyed riding their bikes around the block. It must of worn Jaylee out because she fell asleep afterwards and had a good nap. Aleia and Rachelle came over and we watched a movie with them. Ronnie was in Show Low and is on his way home now. Anyway, it was a good day.

Beautiful Day!

Today was absolutely beautiful outside. I watched Brody and Rigden while Bailey and Meagan went to the Temple. I took them outside to play. We walked around the block and the neighbor kids were out. Brody had a fun time playing with them. We went back home and got the little jeep and 4 wheeler and the kids had so much fun riding them. Brody did a great job sharing! I really enjoy those two little guys! After they left I went to Walmart and Taco Bell for my mom. Anyway, I enjoyed the time I had with the boys and the beautiful weather. Great Day!

Newborn Kits for Haiti

Our Primary had an activity day last Wednesday. The kids put booties, gown, diapers, soap, and a blanket in a bag that will be sent to Haiti to help the new babies coming into the world. Thanks to all of you that donated the items for these special babies. It was fun to watch the children put the packs together.

Update..Haiti

Heather did hear from someone that the twins mother is alive. We really don't know how reliable it is but we are assuming that it is true. She said today that there were over a hundred orphans going on a bus to get there paper work so they could leave for America. The babies got really sick so the medical person on board made them turn around and go back. Pray for all of these little ones! They need all of our prayers to help them get to their forever families!

Haiti

We're still waiting to hear word about Heather's girls families that are in Haiti. It doesn't sound very good by what we are all hearing on the news. We will still keep praying that they are safe and not hurt. Keep them in your prayers and the girls too. All of the people there need to be prayed for especially all of the children!

Sunbeams!!! Eight three year old little boys!

This is my third year as the Sunbeam teacher (this round). I have eight active little boys in my class. They are so cute but they are pretty active. Last week one of them tok off outside and I had to chase him through the parking lot. I finally caught him and took him back to class. He told his mom that he was looking for her. He was sick this week so we'll see how he does next week!

This little guy fell asleep and I had to find him after class to take his picture.

New Years Eve

New Years Eve we stayed home and partied with the kids. We played games, danced and celebrated. I can't believe these kids stayed up until the New Year. Well, maybe I can!

Let's go outside and celebrate!

Oh my gosh...Brrr...it's cold out side!

HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL!

Heather's Visit

Heather came to visit with Jonah and Gracie. She got here on her birthday the 26th. Of course we went to Matta's for her birthday dinner. Ronnie and Christopher and their families met us there after we picked them up from the airport. Sunday we relaxed. She got to visit with Emmalee one day and Ranee on another day. We slept in and visited every day. We did take Jonah to the Chipmunk movie one afternoon and we went to the park one day with Faith and Jaylee. The week went to fast and we hated to see them go home. Thanks for coming and visiting with us. We all love you and miss you when you're not with us. Here'a a few (a lot) of pictures of part of the week. They were here for New Years too. More pictures of that evening and day coming soon!

One evening we went out to eat with Christopher and Bailey and then we visited at their house for awhile before they left for the dunes.

Lemonaide Stand

Faith has been wanting to do a lemonaide sale for several weeks so I finally let her and Jonah do it. Grandma Etta was their biggest tipper. They even went next door to Becky's house and she bought some. They made $1.30 each. They thought they were so cool!
