Christopher's 32nd Birthday

October 24, 2012

Today we celebrated Christopher's birthday.  We went to Joe's Farm Grill and then to his house for pumpkin pie.  I can't believe my baby is 32 years old now.  Time sure does fly by!

Celebrating Sophie's 10th Birthday

Today we went to the Mesquite Aquatic Center swimming to celebrate Sophie ' s 10th birthday.  The water was great and the temperature was 89. Perfect day.  The kids had a blast!  Heather's kids were all there except for Tyson wo was on a scout outing.  Brody, Rigden, faith, and Jaylee came with Ronnie.  Connie brought her five granddaughters.  Lexie, Sienna, Kaelsey, Kylie, and Brooklyn.  After a couple of hours swimming we had cupcakes before we headed home.  See Facebook for photo.

After I got home, Ron and I went to Serrano's for dinner.  Then we just relaxed.

Weekend with the boys!

Heather and Heath went to Prescott Valley for Heath's 39th birthday.  I watched the four boys and Aleia watched the girls.
On Saturday the boys practiced shooting their pellet gun out in the backyard.  After that Ron and I took them to the movie to see "Warm Bodies."  It was pretty good but different.  They enjoyed it though.  For dinner we went to Culver's and ate hamburgers.    When we got home we watched a movie on TV called "War of the World."
I babysat Brody and Rigden for about an a hour and a half too.  We made s'mores and they wrestled,a little.
I sure love my grandchildren.  They mean the world to me.

On Sunday we went to church and then I promised them breakfast for lunch.  They love to have pancakes, bacon, and eggs.
Our home teacher came by and gave a lesson on being a missionary.
Grandma Etta came over to visit for about an hour.
I fixed enchilada's and green chili burro's, and cheese crisps for dinner.  Heather got back about 5:45. Then we played a game called, "Blockers."  Heather had brought over a carrot cake for Heath's birthday too.  We had a fun weekend.  I just wished Ronnie was here.  He's always gone hunting.   Everyone else was here though.
