I've been married to my husband Ron, for 40 years now...that's a long time. I'm a mother of 1 daughter(Heather) and two sons (Ronnie and Christopher), 2 daughter-in-laws (Aleia and Bailey), 1 son-in-law (Heath) and I am a grandmother of 13 wonderful grandchildren. 7 grandsons: Tyson, Ethan, Andrew, Jonah, Brody, Rigden, Tillman and 6 granddaughters: Faith, Sophia, Saige, Jaylee, Graci. My family is my JOY and MY WORLD!!!

Thank you Heavenly Father!!!
Today Heather and her kids came over to swim after we ate lunch at the school. The biggest blessing we had today was that God protected Grace. She had been going down the slide with Andrew and decided to go by herself. We saw her at the top of the slide and told her to stop. Andrew was close behind her. She stood up and just jumped!!! At least a foot in the air. I screamed. Heather was already in the pool and to far away from her to help her or catch her or stop her!!! We were in shock! We felt helpless because we were not close enough to stop her. When Grace jumped she landed on the slide and fell back on her back and head. Then she swam to the steps. She cried a little and held her head. She could have very easily landed on the cement. The slide is about 8 feet tall and it curves! I am so thankful that God watched over her. Gracie has no fear at all and has literally taught herself how to swim this year. She is 2 1/2 years old. She climbs on everything and is so independent. I am eternally greatful to my Father in Heaven for protecting her. We could have had the worst day of our life today. Thank you Heavenly Father!!!

Oh my goodness Aunt Lydia!!! That is so scarey. Today was clearly not her day to go or deal with a head injury. So grateful she is just fine.
That just gives me the shivers! So glad all turned out well!
