Skype
I just got done talking and seeing all of Heather's family on Skype. It was so fun. It just made my night. Ethan read his stories to me and showed me the pictures that he drew. Maybe he'll be an author and illustrator someday. All of the kids were so excited to talk and look at us. We'll have to have them take turns so they all get a chance to talk and show us their stuff. Maybe it will help me not be so lonely. Next time Faith is over we'll have to do it again so she can see all her cousins and they can see her. Anyway, stay tune for a picture of Ron and I when we went to my Christmas Formal back in the good ole' high school days.

Good I am glad it os working otu for you. It helps me out a lot too being able to see Sariah more them every 6 mo.'s or whatever it ends up being.
waiting to see the picture of you and Ron...it was so much fun for me to look at pictures of Mike and I from 44 years ago and I enjoyed the school memories...
there were NO computers.. (not even for school use)...Mike could not survive that today..
cell phones..
CD, cassette tapes or DVD or even VHS...MP3 or Ipods..
cable TV..
we did have plastic records and record players..
no 4 wheelers, but we did have dune buggies and Wow were those fun unless you bounced out and fell on cactus (don't ask me how I know)..
no digital cameras or movies..
no computer tv games..
no virtual anythings..
we had tv with tubes in them that regulary blew out..
and we had to wear gym suits for PE, I hated that, the bottoms looked like there was a soggy diaper inside.
I think I have jumped into the "modern" world with both feet...(where's my pogo stick?)
Isn't Skype so fun! I don't use it too much but we enjoy it when we do.
